Not only do we have incredible selections from wineries such as Rockford, Wendouree, Moss Wood and Gioconda, we also have wines from new and emerging winery stars of the future.
Our Tasmanian selections have a strong focus on the finest Pinot Noir, many of which are surprisingly local to Alto itself. Still, we also have other hidden gems from the east coast, Coal River and the Tamar Valley. Only the best vintages make it into the fantasy cellar for you to choose from and enjoy. Weddings and Events
Alto is such a visually spectacular location for a truly memorable wedding, elopement or celebration. There are multiple locations to choose from that offer glorious and picturesque vistas to make your special day ‘a day to remember’!
Our signature location is the viewing platform which is 20m long and 7m high – offering 360 views, stretching from Sleeping Beauty all the way down towards the southern ocean.
There is also a large grassed platform skirted by a ha=ha wall and a sunken dolerite firepit which again offers beautiful views. Our local wedge-tail eagles are sure to make their daily appearance, and of course, our resident Highland cows are always keen to be in a photographic backdrop. The options are endless just talk to Louella about how Alto can make your celebration a masterpiece.
