Animal Rescue Cooperative (ARC) Tasmania

The Animal Rescue Cooperative (ARC) group is a place where we help local carers with donations, supplies, grants… and anything else they may need, across Tasmania including the Huon Valley region.

The goal of the group is to work with community, rescue organisations and many others to grow a well supplied and supported national rescue network. Everything is about helping others, positively. Ideas, sharing, support and product. As it grows, more and more tools will be added to it to help rescuers and animals in care.

ARC is a well established national charity supporting animal rescuer and rescuing ourselves. We are made up of rescuers and volunteers that specialise in this area. We work with major vendor partners, peak bodies and support agencies to help and increase the effectiveness in Animal Rescue.

To do this, we connect people who need products with people who have it. Things we need are simple, medical supplies (all types), pet food and non soiled pet products. You can also talk to the team leader for the hub to discuss what you would like to donate.
