Campo de Flori is field of flowers in Italian, and that is what is grown on this four season farm nestled along the edges of Tasmanian wilderness in the Huon Valley. They have bundled the sensory pleasures of the rare spice saffron, fragrant lavender and olive oil with beautifully crafted artisan products and ceramics all made on their working farm.
Their DELICIOUS award winning saffron took out the Champion award for herbs and spices at the Royal Hobart Fine Food awards and is available with beautiful recipe cards.
They hand pick, process and package their culinary lavender – Imperial Gem on the farm. The culinary lavender took out the state DELICIOUS award in 2020. Use this award winning culinary lavender to add sweet floral flavors in cooking. The remaining varieties of lavender are used in the creation of beautiful aroma therapy and skincare products all handmade on the farm.
Nine varieties of olives are harvested in late autumn and pressed into premium cool-climate Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Available in July, the Farm Blend Extra Virgin Olive Oil is known for its ROBUST flavor.
Lisa has a working pottery studio on the farm and makes a wide variety of ceramics including tableware, bespoke art pieces, and Raku.
