Far South Tourism Inc.

Far South Tasmania is the Local Tourism Association that covers the area of Southern Tasmania from the town of Geeveston down to the Southern most tip of Australia, South East Cape.

Far South Tasmania (FST) provides information and support to travellers and local businesses, they also run feasts and festivals, maintain the website www.farsouthtasmania.com that showcases tourism attactions, activities, services, food outlets and accommodation options in the area.

FST is run buy a group of volunteers with funding comming from a modest annual subscription that covers the cost of maintaining our website and producing a free A4 tear-off map of the Far South that is distributed throughout Tasmania. FST work closely with Destination Southern Tasmania, Tourism Tasmania and state government in promoting the region as a tourism destination.
