A community exercise program for people aged 50+ years.

Join them for weekly classes run by a qualified exercise physiologist. Sessions combine strength, cardio and balance exercises to help improve physical fitness and mobility – and achieve a better quality of life.

All fitness levels welcome with coffee afterwards.
