· Alleviate pain due to poor biomechanics. ankle, achilles, heel, foot pain and treated by either strengthening & stretching programs, trigger point release, massage, strapping, padding, dry needling,prolothgerapy, manual mobilisation, orthotic therapy, manual mobilisation, footwear advice and education
