My Telehealth practice is based in Tasmania, I Bulk Bill with a GPMHP, or GP DVA referral. I specialise in ADHD assessment and counselling for adults. I am a thoughtful & non judgemental professional. I also accept GPMHP for other issues.e.g. anxiety/depression, grief & loss, work, relationships or identity or Post Traumatic Stress. My primary work is the assessment of ADHD and referral for psychiatric evaluation if needed. I use Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, psycho-education & Mindfulness, & some art and music therapy with clients to aid recovery: I do not treat/accept referrals for clients with Bipolar Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder or Schizophrenia.
