The Farmhouse Kitchen is a small cooking school, nestled in the beautiful Huon Valley in Tasmania. It specialises in the cuisine of the region of Puglia in southern Italy which is the home of the Mediterranean diet. At the Farmhouse Kitchen we give people a feeling of being part of an Italian family and having fun both preparing and eating fabulous foods. Giuliana shares truly authentic dishes handed down to her from generation to generation and also provides a cultural and historical background of Italian food and tradition.
