Volunteer Marine Rescue Kingborough

Located at Oyster Cove Maria Kettering, VMR Kingborough plays a vital role in promoting safety, education, and awareness within the boating community of southern Tasmania. Our dedicated volunteers are instrumental in providing marine rescue emergency response and supporting emergency services throughout the region, which encompasses approximately 560 kilometers of coastline and waterways. Volunteer Marine Rescue Kingborough provides emergency response and marine rescue services to the boating community of southern Tasmanian, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
